Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AarnexAi (the "Service"), operated by AarnexAi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AarnexAi lets you connect Meta channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) and Google channels (YouTube, Google Business Profile) through each platform's official OAuth authorization flow, and offers content planning and AI-assisted automation tools built on top of those connections. Some features described as "coming soon" (including Automate and Grow subscription tiers) are not yet generally available and may change before launch.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AarnexAi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When you connect an Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp account, you authorize AarnexAi to access the specific data and take the specific actions covered by the permissions you grant during Meta's OAuth flow. You represent that you have the right to connect the account or Page in question. Your use of connected channels remains subject to Meta's own Terms of Service and Platform Policies, and we are not responsible for actions Meta takes against your account, including suspension or restriction of API access.

When you connect a YouTube channel or Google Business Profile, you authorize AarnexAi to access the specific data and take the specific actions covered by the permissions you grant during Google's OAuth flow, which may include uploading videos, viewing YouTube Analytics, or managing your Business Profile listing on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to connect the channel or listing in question. Your use of connected Google services remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google APIs Terms of Service, and we are not responsible for actions Google takes against your account, including suspension or restriction of API access.

You agree not to use AarnexAi to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates Meta's or Google's platform policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AarnexAi systems or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

The Connect plan is currently offered free of charge and includes up to three connected channels across Meta and Google. Automate and Grow are shown as upcoming paid tiers; pricing, billing terms and availability will be presented separately before any charge is made, and these Terms will be updated accordingly once billing is introduced.

AarnexAi and its original content, features and functionality are owned by AarnexAi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create or upload; by using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AarnexAi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including any interruption or loss of access to a connected Meta or Google channel.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Meta or Google channels at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction/Venue].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
