This Privacy Policy explains how AarnexAi ("AarnexAi", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and services, including when you connect an Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube channel or Google Business Profile through the respective platform's official OAuth flow. By using AarnexAi, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address and any credentials you provide when you register for AarnexAi.
• Meta platform data — when you connect Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp through the OAuth flow, Meta shares the specific data associated with the permissions you grant. This may include your Page or Business Account ID, profile name, profile picture, connected Page list, and, where authorized, content, messaging or insights data needed to provide the features you request.
• Google platform data — when you connect a YouTube channel or Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth flow, Google shares the data associated with the permissions you grant. This may include your channel or business ID, name, profile information, video upload access, YouTube Analytics data, and Business Profile listing details needed to provide the features you request.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken in the product, device and browser type, and IP address, collected to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact support.

• To operate, maintain and improve the Connect, Automate and Grow features of AarnexAi.
• To authenticate your connected Meta and Google channels and keep those connections active.
• To generate, plan and publish content on your behalf, only as you direct.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AarnexAi accesses Meta platform data solely to provide the features you explicitly request — for example, publishing content to a connected Page or sending messages through a connected WhatsApp Business account. We request only the permissions required for those features, we do not sell Meta platform data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes unrelated to your own account. Our use of information received from Meta APIs is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies in addition to this Policy. You can review and revoke AarnexAi's access to your Meta accounts at any time from your Meta account settings.

AarnexAi accesses YouTube and Google Business Profile data solely to provide the features you explicitly request — for example, uploading videos to a connected YouTube channel, viewing YouTube Analytics, or managing a connected Business Profile listing. We request only the permissions required for those features. AarnexAi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google platform data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes unrelated to your own account. You can review and revoke AarnexAi's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate AarnexAi (such as hosting and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations, with Meta or Google as required to operate the connections you authorize, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

We retain account and connected-channel information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you disconnect a Meta or Google channel or delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated platform data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), OAuth 2.0 for channel connections, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Disconnect any Meta or Google channel at any time from AarnexAi or from your Meta or Google account settings.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior processing.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

AarnexAi is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
